I have been working with the Therapists at Integrative Physical Therapy therapist for the last 7 years. They are not only compassionate, but bright and innovative. I look forward to our sessions because I never know what to expect, except that I will feel better afterward.

I had a stroke sixteen years ago which left me with a paralyzed ankle. I was never rehabbed properly which resulted in an improper gait. I was told by my doctor to do therapy in a pool. 

I see my Physical Therapist once a week, and try to go to the pool twice per week by myself doing the exercises she tells me to do. I am positive that if it were not for my Physical Therapist, I would be using a walker, or something worst. to get around. I feel very lucky to have found the Therapy group of Integrative Physical Therapy, LLC.

I was in debilitating pain from calcific tendonitis when I was referred to Integrative Physical Therapy.  I was skeptical as to what could be done to alleviate my pain, so when my pain receded with the very simple exercises that Donna gave me, I was very pleasantly surprised! After a visit to an orthopedist, I was sent to a different and well-touted physical therapy center. Their focus was solely on the shoulder, not on the entire musculo-skeletal system and its relationship to shoulder use.  I ultimately lost precious time by going to the other PT center. By returning to Integrative Physical Therapy, I have regained nearly 100% use of my shoulder without surgery.

Stellar care. Fabulous skills. Gentle, practical human understanding. For a variety of reasons three members of my family have been fortunate to have Physical Therapy services with the Therapists at Integrative Physical Therapy, LLC.

As a child through now his later teen years, my son, Brendhan, has worked with the Therapists to overcome physical challenges.  Their kindness and ability to treat  Brendhan through each of his developmental stages to now his early adulthood has been wonderful from not only a personal level but for continuity as well.

My husband and I each worked with the Physical Therapists because of back problems.

Their ability to help me acclimate to orthotics as well as make recommendations for appropriate sneakers was the foundation I needed to get back into a physically active routine and exercise pattern.

With a goal of being able to get onto my new elliptical, my Physical Therapist worked with me in stretching, hands on manipulation to the muscle groups and fascia, strengthening, gait modification and correcting postural issues.  After several months she actually came to my house to educate me on how my body needed to be introduced to the elliptical.

Her diligence, focus, concern,  and vested interest assisted me in being able to last 30 minutes on the elliptical-a monumental change from when I met with her nine months earlier.

Now participating in twice weekly Pilates classes at Integrative Physical Therapy as well as an arm strengthening /cardio weight class taught by my Therapist every week, I take comfort in the fact she is not going to push my body or its physical limitations over the limit.

Integrative Physical Therapy provides excellent education on the anatomy of an injury. The care is safe and individualized with a multitude of modalities and most of all, I feel wonderful about the condition they have helped to put my body in.
